Products are available to purchase in the United States only on PropreBaby.com. 

Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping times and costs:
Economy: $7 (5-8 standard business days).

Standard: $10 (3-4 days standard business days)

Express: $15 (1-2 standard business days

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on open products. If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out to our team at Hello@proprebaby.com within 30-days of receiving the product. 

Products are only eligible for refunds, or if product came damaged you can receive a replacement product within 30 days after your order was placed. 

In your email, please include a brief description of your issue, order number and photo of the damaged product.
