Isabelle Bertolami, Co-Founder

In 2016 during a holiday in France, Isabelle fell in love with a Frenchman. She relocated from NYC to Paris, and in 2019, she welcomed her beautiful French-American baby girl.
After spending time in the maternity ward immersed with local moms and nurses, Isabelle acclimated to the world of French baby care (a nurse even scolded her for using “harsh” baby wipes on her day-old baby). She quickly learned the French approach to baby care is more holistic and gentle, whether it’s post-birth recovery or daily diaper changes.

Victoria has always believed that the products we use every day matter, with a longtime passion for clean ingredients and thoughtful living. When her college best friend Isabelle introduced her to a French pharmacy favorite for baby care, she immediately knew it was something more families should know about.
That idea became Propre Baby, founded by Isabelle and Victoria to create modern baby essentials rooted in generations of French tradition.

Victoria is Isabelle’s best friend. She has always strived to live a healthy, sustainable and eco-conscious life. As she was expecting the birth of her first child, Isabelle highly recommended trying the French way for changing a diaper. Once hearing and experiencing how easy and efficient a diaper change can be (and no longer needing diaper cream) it was hard not to be curious.
Ever since that moment, she ditched the baby wipes and never looked back!
It was only a matter of time until she joined forces with Isabella to start Propre Baby and bring French babycare traditions to American families.
